The Challenge
Within the agency, the Division of Regulation is working to inform constituents and businesses about unlicensed activity at work around the state. Whether it be after a storm or day-to-day activity, the state is working to prevent all unlicensed activity and the harm to businesses or constituents that could ensue from their use.
The Project
The campaign consisted of a series of creative content produced to inform the public of unlicensed contractors in the state and how to protect themselves and report unlicensed entities.
We worked with the agency to establish the messaging in both English and Spanish that they would like to see in a series of creative graphics and videos. This content was filmed in-house at our studio in Tallahassee. After determining the tone for the messaging, we produced a campaign that could be launched after a storm passed through and would be directed at those who may be seeking the services of a contractor. The goal was to properly inform and equip constituents with knowledge about unlicensed contracts and how the agency could be of service during these times.
