Joe earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of North Florida and Master’s degree in Applied American Politics and Public Policy at the Florida State University. His innate sense of business, political, and digital trends guides the SDS team to success. Prior to starting SDS, Joe worked in the Florida legislature as a legislative aide and at the Republican Party of Florida as the digital director of RPOF House Majority.

Rebecca directs day-to-day operations of the business and serves as a primary point of contact for clients, shepherding projects, and managing workloads to ensure timely delivery. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Prior to SDS, she worked for the Florida House of Representatives as a District Aide and then a Legislative Aide. She is well-versed in multiple areas of the agency to successfully juggle multiple projects.

Rebecca’s hobbies include playing with Baby Ava, reading a good book, and eating chicken nuggets.

Jack joined SDS as project manager overseeing our government contracts. He brings a variety of experience and knowledge to SDS, with over a decade of work in government and private sector external affairs and communications, and grassroots campaigns and strategies. This experience includes serving in the Executive Office of the Governor for more than four years. A Panama City, Florida, native and ninth-generation North Floridian, he has a passion and commitment to the success of all things “Florida”. A lifelong student of history and social sciences, Jack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Religious Studies from Liberty University, studied History and Religion at the University of Florida, and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science from Gulf Coast State College. 

Jack is an avid hiker, national park enthusiast, adequate fisherman, and podcast connoisseur.

Alex graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Alex brings his strong work ethic and creative background to SDS. He is an easy-going and adaptable member of the company, who is able to accomplish any task given to him. In his time at SDS, Alex has worked with all team members and helped them with their projects, big and small.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys cooking new food and drawing.

Tori is an Illinois native who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Florida State. Tori oversees a wide range of our accounts and projects for SDS, ranging from government agencies to private sector clients. Her ability to navigate complex projects with precision and efficiency is what makes her a valuable asset to our team. 

Tori enjoys traveling in her free time, painting, reading, and attending professional baseball games.

Steven is a Graduate from F.I.R.S.T Institute where he received a diploma for Digital Filmmaking and Video Production. His diverse experience extends across various media forms, including sports videography, short films, documentaries, news packages and more. Before joining SDS, Steven worked at One America News where he conducted sit down interviews with various political figures including the Governor of Florida, and the Former President of the United States.

A passionate cinephile, Steven seizes every opportunity to immerse himself in film, whether that’s in Dolby Atmos at AMC or enjoying a movie in the comfort of his personal home theater. His love for film not only fuels his recreational pursuits but also inspires his professional work in the world of digital filmmaking.
